About Me

My Approach

My style is warm, kind, relational, collaborative, and highly interactive. Together, we explore everything that is important to you, accessing deep and genuine contact with who you are and what you need and want.  We also discover the things that may be keeping you from feeling good about yourself or having the life you want. I work diligently to support you in a way that feels safe, hopeful, and encouraging. Everything you bring into your therapy is welcome and meaningful. I am committed to meeting you with my full engagement, respect, and compassionate attention.

I serve a diverse community of people, welcoming all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations and genders. I work with individuals, couples, families, and also specialize in working with other therapists.
