My Approach to Helping Your Family
Your family is a unique social system with its own structure and patterns of communication which are determined by many things, including the beliefs, values, and personalities of each of your family members, including your extended family. As a result of these variables, your family develops its own unique and powerful personality, which affects everyone in your family.
I provide you with effective skills and tools to help your family:
- get through stressful times together
- improve communication
- resolve conflicts
- recognize and appreciate each other’s unique gifts, talents and strengths
- increase your sense of safety and belonging
- build trust, acceptance and understanding
- heal painful feelings from the past
- deepen family connections
